Between 1976 and 1977, a killer stalked Oakland County, Michigan, killing four children, Mark Stebbins, 12, Jill Robinson, 12, Kristine Mihelich, 10, and Timothy King, 11. Each child’s body was laid out neatly where they were meant to be found. In 1978, the killing’s stopped. Timothy King’s mother sent a letter to the press begging her son’s captor to let him go so he could enjoy his favorite meal, KFC. When the body was found, an autopsy showed that the killer had fed him fried chicken.
